I just read this in the local Singapore paper The Straits Times, but can’t find the full article on the internet.
The article highlights the recent November IB examination results from a range of Singapore Schools. The best performing with a stellar 28 perfect scores of 45 points from only 57 globally was the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent)

See the graph below which highlights that from a cohort of 441 students, 71% of them scored above 40. To see a full report see the overview from the school’s principal here. In the typical IB examination session about 0.50% of candidates attain a perfect grade, so it is impressive to see so many high results from one school.
